We are looking for a resident artist.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience as a full-time tattoo artist, or 3+ years of overall experience
Specializing in fine needlework (thin needle-focused tattoo styles)
Available to work 5 days a week (including one weekend day) from 11:30 AM to 7:00 PM
At our studio, we all get along well and work harmoniously. So, we're looking for someone who can fit in and maintain a friendly atmosphere with the team.
Compensation:
The basic rate is 60:40, and once you reach a certain level, it increases to 70:30.
Our studio is brightly lit and, with all-white furnishings, it looks exceptionally clean. We use high-end equipment, including Freehand Equipment armrests and premium stations. There's also a dedicated photo booth for capturing tattoo work. We only use top-quality supplies, such as Dynamic Ink and various color inks, along with premium consumables like Derm Shield.
We provide an extra-large drawing table, making it easy to work on designs, and we even have a shared digital drawing tablet. All you need to focus on is tattooing when you join us.

ART DECO Guest Artist Application
ART DECO welcomes talented guest artists from diverse tattoo genres, offering an ideal space to connect and create with our team.
For guest work lasting under two weeks, we provide a fee is 30% revenue share on tattoo fees or a daily rate of $200, whichever is lower. For stays exceeding two weeks, we extend the same distribution benefits as our resident artists. Our priority is to ensure a welcoming and inspiring environment for everyone.
Due to limited booth availability, we may not always be able to accommodate all inquiries, but please don’t take it personally if you don’t hear back right away. We encourage you to reapply after 4-6 months.
Guest Work Amenities
Local artists can access available workstations with studio-provided supplies and equipment. Here’s what we offer:
Inks and Consumables: Full selection of black inks (Dynamic Black: Triple Black, Blackout, Graywash Set; Panthera Triple Black) and lots of color inks from Solid Ink, Fusion Ink, and Dynamic Ink. Bring only your machine and needles; we supply the rest.
Design and Printing Equipment: Access to Windows-based computers, Cintiq tablets, iPads with Clip Studio, an Epson stencil printer, and a standard printer – everything you need to create designs onsite with ease.
Photo Booth: A dedicated white-background photo booth is available for professional photos of your work.

ART DECO Resident Apprenticeship Program
We are looking for an apprentice.
At ART DECO, our apprenticeship system, led by MK and supported by the entire studio, is qualitatively different from traditional tattoo shop apprenticeship courses.
Most tattoo shop apprenticeship programs focus solely on the use of tattoo machines and obtaining a license. Everything else is learned through observation, often leaving apprentices neglected and resulting in many dropping out halfway through the program.
At ART DECO, we actively teach advanced techniques and provide personalized training to ensure apprentices can develop their own tattoo styles and bring them to life. This distinguished system has already proven successful with many artists debuting through ART DECO.
However, we do not accept just anyone at any time.
Application Period
We only recruit apprentices when there is a vacancy that can be filled for at least one year.

Must be a graduate of an art college with strong skills, or possess equivalent drawing skills
Humble and personable, with no difficulty interacting with a diverse range of people

We’ll teach you how to attract clients, provide essential explanations, and handle everything from booking to tattoo photography.
License Support
We’ll assist you in obtaining essential certifications, including the Georgia tattoo license, CPR, First Aid, and Bloodborne Pathogens.
